Recent Rumour of Hyorin - Is she greedy like they say?

I came across an article on kpopfans blog here discussing a girlgroup member A

This women told a story
"Girl group member A is musically talented
But her looks lack a little

Her group got a photoshoot offer for a worldwide beauty brand

A got greedy and wanted to do more photoshoots like this

She decided to seduce the brand's boss who is a foreigner

At the after-party, A successfully seduced him with her skinship

A slept with the boss at that night and became his "girlfriend"

A is not fluent in English

"You don't need to be fluent in English to sleep with someone..."

A started coming to the brand company as if it was her home

She even took a bunch of the makeups

A then told the boss to use her as the brand model

The boss asked the workers to use her as the model

They were terrified and strongly refused it because her body and her skin did not match

After A found it out, she said she'll get rid of the workers

She went to them and forced them to bow down to her

A has big breasts and muscular thighs"

I have 2 theories for this, here's the first one:

Okay let's get to some details here because this is a very well-constructed lie, why you may ask?

1. GG A is musically talented

Musically talented? To most people the first idea that pops to their head is the ability to sing. But in fact musical talents go to much greater depth: "Musical talents show sensitivity in pitch, rhythm, and timbre" (Howard Gardner's Book). This also includes the ability to play instruments, rap, pinpoint the on-playing instrument and repeat the notes,etc... Being musically talented doesn't necessarily means singing well, it can also mean A is able to play instruments or sing decently. Using the term "musically talented" can be very misleading to most people, and does she use that term unintentionally? I don't think so...

2. "But her looks lack a little"

This doesn't state the prospective of the speaker or the public

This point is almost a hit. Since Korean people, with their skyhigh expectations usually say that "Hyorin is ugly". But don't forget a lot of idols get called ugly too (and usually most of them are main vocalists of the group. We also don't know if A is really ugly, or the speaker is just saying so to further imply A is Hyorin. Not surprising if most people fall for this.

SISTAR never got a photoshoot offer of a worldwide beauty brand. Do I need to say more?

4." A got greedy and wanted to do more photoshoots like this

"You don't need to be fluent in English to sleep with someone..."

Ouch! Someone seems a bit angry,doesn't she?

This seems to be a perfectly logical thing to say, except she knows it too well. And only lies need details.

"A successfully seduced him with her skinship". Was she there to witness? Or she was told by another person who was there? But she stated with such certainty, she HAS to have been there, did she? But what did she do in a after-party of a cf if she wasn't the model or the staff? huuhhhm not too obvious isn't it?

Also "She slept with the boss" accuse. Did they tell her they were going to the hotel and get it on? Or the staff followed the boss home or to the hotel to find out then conveniently told her that "Yeah they totally did the do". This is a private situation, the boss should have been as careful as he could. Such evidence don't you think?

Last but not least, "not fluent in English" - most idols aren't influent in English. How shocking!

Oopsie someone has been naughty. Once again, she knows too much. Was she a staff to even know the inside of the photoshoot? Also she must have been at the company for quite some time to know that " A started coming to the company as if it was her home"? Or she heard the rumour and added some elegant touches there?

Then we have another problem with "the foreign boss" of a worldwide beauty brand. Is he likely to be a person easily manipulated by sex? And please, it's not like he's inexperienced and naive in this.

"Her body and skin doesn't match". What does this means? Does it mean her skin is too dark? Or too pale? Was her skin in bad condition? What about her body? She wasn't tall enough? Not skinny enough? Too skinny?

Koreans are all about pale skin and skinny bodies. A very clever way to misinterpret at first glance indeed.

And we have come to the key point. After all this fuss, why didn't she mention if A got the cf deal. To her own accord, the staff were forced to bow down to A, so most likely A DID get a cf (balance of probability). And did Hyorin get any worldwide beauty brand cf?

No.

So she cleverly avoids the key point to show A is not Hyorin.

Since everyone is most likely to make their own assumptions and fall prey to the lies, all she had to do is adding the finishing touch 

"A has big breasts and muscular thighs"
Icing to the cake at its finest.

My second theory: She's telling the truth but it's some random nugu idol who has some similar features as Hyorin because:

1. SISTAR never had a worldwide beauty brand cf.

2. Hyorin is famous for her straightforward-ness and honesty. Would I be able to act like that if I did something so shady? I'd rather keep my image cute and innocent.

3. Hyorin is known for her modesty and respect for other people. It's not my opinion, it's Korean artists' who have worked with her.

4. Hyorin and seducing a man? Are we even talking about the same person? The person who locked herself in her room for 2 months because she was scared to meet people and rather spend time with her dogs and cats?

My money is on the first theory, because K-showbiz has never been pink. It is a black quicksand that threatens to drown people if they start to gain some success.

This article annoys me so much for it practically insults Hyorin and everything her fans believe in. Also I'm tired of all the shitty rumour to bring SISTAR down. I try to keep my ranting logical and fact-based though.
I hope my 2 cents make sense.

Lets be clear here, we don't love HyoJung because "she's pretty" or "cute" or "nice", although she is all of that those things, our love for her goes beyond that. Let's  talk about "TALENT" and "ABILITIES" and "SKILLS"

Superb dancing skills (she's the best in her group imo) 

Excellent rapper (if she trains a little more she can wipe the floor with any idol rapper) 

She can play the piano too!!

Her variety skills are lovely, she's basically a 4D leader 

And along with her band mates, her athletic skills are impressive

And in case some of you didn't know she can draw pretty well too!!

Oh! and She knits!

Well lets just say that there's nothing that she can't do

Here is when she was officially named "Queen of Immortal Song 2" but this is not an arbitral decision, she walked a long way to get to this
During the official press conference, looked like  she wasn't even there, she was just "the other girl" next to IU

I need not tell you what happened next, she was the "first winner by the audience vote,"She blew everyone's mind and made ​​her way in the show

HyoJung Through Her Own Words Part 2

My family:

Because my dad was a marine officer, I had a hard curfew at 8 PM every day. I was deathly scared of my dad so I kept the curfew to the dot. But when I played, I played really hard

  I tell my mom everything. When my mom speaks, she pitches stone fast balls. Other parents know that their kids are the best, but my parents don't hold me within the bend of their arms. I like how my parents are objective.

My mother told me that if I can, I should get married late. She wants me to try a lot of things before I get married. The fact that I don't hide anything is a problem. There are times when women need to hide things that need to be hidden, like a fox

My Sister:

I have one younger sister. We have some similarities and differences. I’m always sorry and thankful for Hye Jung. She’s majoring in the arts and recently drew a picture of me. I take special care of her present. Even though we’re sisters, my mother would say, “It feels like I’m taking care of two sons.” That’s how inexpressive we were.. like guys? ^^

Since I was very sick when I was young, mom would always call me with “Are you hurt anywhere?” Because I was weak since I was young, my family constantly cared about me. And now that I’m a celebrity, all the love and interest for my younger sister goes to me so I’m very sorry.

My pets Leno, Lego and Arong:

Our members are currently raising 2 cats at the dorms. A baby Russian Blue Leno and Snow Bengal baby boy. We’re not at the dorms often and can’t take care of them so we’re sorry, but Leno and Lego get along real well. Admirable! And I can’t forget about our dog Arong! He’s part of our family at home since I was very young. Maybe it’s because I haven’t been able to see him often after debut, but he doesn’t come near when I go home and call his name. He doesn’t have aegyo! I think he’s ignoring me.. Since I grew up with him, I shared my happiness and sadness with him. He would always cheer me up when I cry because I’m having a hard time. Ok, I’ll go home more often~~

What Sistar means to me:

Sistar’s another part of my life. If someone asks “Would you be a part of Sistar if you were born again?” I will say yes without a thought. Bora, Soyu, Dasom and me! We’re similar and also have our own individual charms. That’s why we’re focusing on both individual and group activities.

Of course we didn’t know each other well during our early days and faced some small difficulties. However, we have spent a lot of time together and now see each other like family. Our teamwork improved drastically. We’re able to solve problems whenever we face them.

Bora unni is Sistar’s eldest! She’s a year older than me. However, she respects me and the other members. She gives me strength because she listens to the members so well. Especially! She has a lot of aegyo unlike usual older sisters so we nicknamed her “aegyojengie oldest unni.

Maknae, our Dasom has a lot of tears. Even though she’s the youngest, she takes good care of the unnis. She’s currently filming for the sitcom “Shut Up Family” and lacks sleep. It’s really sad to see her so tired. However, she would constantly laugh and show her aegyo to the unnis.^^ Fighting Dasom!

Soyou is like a friend. She has the most similar personality as I and our eating habits are similar. I also complain to her a lot and she would always accept them and I’m very thankful. Thank you! ^^

My precious members whom I’ll never trade for anything in the world! It would be great if we can continue to work real hard and achieve more things. Even though I lack a lot as a leader, I’ll try my best to be more responsible! Let’s take care of and understand each other. Love you lots! ^^
